Visit the Participant Zone from April 10 – 15, 2012 to schedule your One-on-One meeting appointments.
BETEX One-on-One meetings will be conducted in the Queen’s Room of the Princess Hotel on April 26. They provide a structured, quiet environment conducive to focused business discussion. Private meetings between decision makers increase productivity. The BETEX SCHEDULER is an automated online appointment scheduling system that creates a meeting schedule for each participating delegate.
The BETEX SCHEDULER can be accessed by all Paid and Approved delegates between April 10 and April 15. During these dates, delegates should log into the Participant Zone with their username and password, then click the BETEX SCHEDULER link in order to select the companies with which they would like to meet. Exhibitors will request meetings with Trade Visitors. Trade Visitors will request meetings with Exhibitors. Final schedules are available on April 18.
