10:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m: Booth Setup at Princess Hotel and Exhibitor Credentials Claiming

5:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Transfer to Opening Night at House of Culture (from Radisson and Princess)

6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Opening Night Ceremonies at House of Culture with Dinner

9:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.: Transfer to Radisson and Princess available for suppliers

7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.: Tradeshow Open to Exhibitors only

8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Tradeshow Floor Open/Trade Presentations/Marketplace Cafe

8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.: Press Visit & Ribbon Cutting

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon: Morning Meetings (pre-scheduled appointments)

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Lunch

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Afternoon Meetings (pre-scheduled appointments)

3:00 pm – 3:30 pm: Closing Remarks & Departure (followed by Booth Teardown)

6:30 pm – 9:00 pm: San Pedro Caribbean Cocktail night at Sunbreeze Hotel/Blue Water Grill (optional – RSVP required)
