BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS 

There are a total of 46 booths in the King’s Room of Princess Hotel.  Booths will be divided into sections according to destinations. Exhibitors will be contacted in order of priority to select a booth number within their section.  Priority is determined by registration date, therefore earlier registrants have higher priority.

One-on-one meeting appointments will take place at tables in the Queen’s Room.

BOOTH SETUP INFORMATION

Booths are 10′ x 10′ (pipe and drape) and include one 6′ table, 2 chairs and one electrical outlet.  BETEX recommends free-standing displays. Setup will take place on Wednesday, April 25, 2012. All Exhibitors must respect stipulated space measurements, and may not construct displays outside of the assigned spaces.  Exhibitors are entitled to decorate their booths to their own taste provided that they adhere to the established norms and conditions. Booth break down will commence after the official close of the tradeshow (3:30 p.m. on April 26).  Exhibitors may not dismantle booths prior to the close of the event.  Each exhibitor is responsible for the removal and/or disposal of their individual decorative and promotional materials as well as all equipment.
