Choose Participating Destination: BETEX 2019 will take Buyers to three (3) destinations to participate in the mini trade events (scheduled meetings with Suppliers) and site inspections. Buyers will also participate in other activities in other visiting destinations which are in route to their next stop. Each Buyer/Supplier will have nine (9) 20-minute appointment slots available for each of the 3 destinations.

Please select the destination you will be participating in to schedule your appointments with Buyers. Suppliers have the option to choose one or two destinations to participate in.

Booth Space Confirmation: Exhibition spaces will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come first-served basis. BETEX cannot guarantee the availability of any particular exhibition space.

 

Registration Fee Information:

 

Your SUPPLIER Registration Fee includes:

 

• Participation for 2 delegates (BZ$ 200 for each additional delegate badge/4 maximum per booth)
• One table top space with two chairs within an 8‘ x 8’ exhibit space at the tradeshow venue within the destination selected.
• Electrical outlet,
• Pre-scheduled appointments within a three (3) hour time slot
• Listing in the Participant Directory (online and print)
• Attendance at social events hosted within the participating destination (may include opening and closing events)
• Opportunity to host Buyers within the participating destination

 

BETEX cannot guarantee inclusion in the printed directory, nor inclusion in the appointment scheduling for applications received after March 31, 2019. BETEX reserves the right to close registration at any time, once the maximum number of participants has registered. Any voluntary cancellations received in writing on or before March 31, 2019 will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after March 31, 2019. $200 Early Bird discount applies through February 15, 2019

 

BTIA NON-MEMBERS BZ $1,500.00

After the day’s meetings are concluded, exhibitors are to remove their personal items from the exhibition space allocated.
