PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Day 1: Wednesday, April 25 – Official Arrival Day
International Arrivals, VIP Airport Meet & Greet and Transfer to Host Hotel. Hassle-free Credentials Claiming and Hotel Check-in. Poolside Lunch Buffet followed by Astrum Helicopter Tour Raffle/free afternoon. Vibrant “Year of the Maya” cultural event at the House of Culture (Opening Night Ceremony with Dinner). Overnight accommodations at Radisson Fort George in Belize City.
Day 2: Thursday, April 26 – Tradeshow Day
Breakfast at host hotel followed by transfer with baggage handling to Princess Hotel (Tradeshow Venue) by Calypso Train Tours. Full day of tradeshow business with top Belize suppliers. Tradeshow Floor Open with Seminars/Trade Presentations & Meetings (pre-scheduled appointments). Break for lunch at noon. Closing Remarks & Transfer to the island of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. Evening Caribbean Cocktail party on the beach at Sunbreeze Hotel (Blue Water Grill). Overnight in San Pedro
Day 3: Friday, April 27 – Official Departure Day for Tradeshow Participants / Post Tours
Breakfast, Morning Tour & Lunch or Transfer to Airport for International Departure
Participants on Post Tours follow individual itineraries (tours, site visits, meals and accommodations).
Day 4: Saturday, April 28 – Post Tours
Participants on Post Tours follow individual itineraries (tours, site visits, meals and accommodations).
Day 5: Sunday, April 29 – Post Tours
Participants on Post Tours follow individual itineraries (tours, site visits, meals and accommodations).
Day 6: Monday, April 30 – Official Departure Day for Post Tour Participants
