Booth Space Confirmation: Booths will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come first-served basis. BETEX cannot guarantee the availability of any particular booth. Assignments will be done in accordance with BETEX floor plan design.

Your SUPPLIER Registration Fee includes:


Participation for 2 delegates (BZ$ 200 for each additional delegate badge/4 maximum per booth), 10‘x10’ exhibit space at tradeshow venue (one table and four chairs), electrical outlet, two days of exhibition and pre-scheduled appointments (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on May 4 and 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on May 5, listing in the Participant Directory (online and print), attendance at welcome reception and dinner (Belize City) lunch as per the Exhibitor schedule of events, opportunity to provide services for the Post Tours and access to discounted hotel accommodations (where applicable).


BETEX cannot guarantee inclusion in the printed directory, nor inclusion in the appointment scheduling for applications received after April 1, 2017. BETEX reserves the right to close registration at any time, once the maximum number of participants has registered. Any voluntary cancellations received in writing before February 15, 2017 will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after February 15, 2017. All applicants must meet Eligibility Requirements and must accept the Terms and Conditions for Suppliers outlined on our website at www.betex.bz.

Terms of Agreement


After tradeshow closes and meetings are concluded, exhibitors are to breakdown their booth setups.  Booths must be cleared by mid-morning Saturday, May 6, after which the dismantling of booths will commence.
